Applications & approval
Applications are reviewed. An application does not guarantee approval. Ambassadors represent a university or medical community; affiliates share through their own channels.
How referrals are counted
A referral lasts 30 days from the visitor’s tracked link visit, partner code entry, or a qualifying linked discount code at checkout. The first eligible attribution bound at signup, code entry or checkout wins for that account. Every qualifying subscription purchase started in that window earns commission at the rate recorded on the order.
What earns commission
Commission is calculated on the actual verified payment after discounts. Free plans, failed payments and self-referrals earn nothing. Partners cannot see referred customers’ personal information.
Holding period & payouts
Commission is held for 30 days after payment verification. Minimum payouts are EGP 500.00 or $25.00; currencies stay separate. Payouts are requested here and settled manually after review.
Refunds & cancellations
Cancelled and refunded purchases reverse commissions. If commission was already paid, the amount is deducted from future payouts in the same currency. Unsettled requests affected by reversals are cancelled and may be requested again.
Sharing responsibly
Share honestly, disclose that you may earn a commission, and do not promise exam results or imply official university endorsement. No spam, misleading claims, purchased fake traffic, impersonation or referrals between accounts you control. Klinra may suspend partners for misuse.
Missions & bonuses
Missions have published eligibility, deadlines, award limits and optional bonuses. Staff review submitted proof. Sales targets count verified purchases that have cleared their hold. Mission and milestone bonuses follow the holding period and payout minimum; refunds can reverse sales-based bonuses and create same-currency recovery deductions after settlement.
Levels, milestones & renewals
Partner levels reflect verified sales, retained customers and refund rates. Milestone rewards are awarded once. Renewal commissions are disabled unless a partner’s program enables a defined period, snapshotted from a new referred customer’s first verified payment. Extended eligibility requires a previous qualifying paid purchase for the same exam. Public partner pages require approval.
Changes to the program
Rates and program availability can change for future orders. Existing orders retain their commission rate and holding period. Questions? Use Klinra’s support chat.
